Scott Hale’s 14 years of luxury hotel experience was the inspiration for creating Sybarite. Scott has held several managerial positions in many of the country’s leading luxury hotels. His experience has included opening hotels, managing renovation projects, interior design projects, creating employee uniform programs, managing laundry/valet operations, establishing the cleaning/care procedures for fine furnishings and surfaces, food and beverage service, event planning, and training staff to deliver impeccable service.
Quality and Service
Scott has recruited, trained, and managed hundreds of staff members. For hotel openings, he has written position descriptions, policy & procedure manuals, and developed all necessary collateral to establish the daily sequence of service for the operation. His experience in both Rooms Division and Food & Beverage has resulted in a well rounded understanding of hotel operations. He has compiled a team of hospitality professionals that has the ability to collaborate with employees throughout all departments in a hotel.
