Exquisite Luxury
A graduate of the prestigious Cornell University School of Hotel Administration, Scott’s resume includes experience at some of the country’s most celebrated hotels. For nearly a decade, he held a variety of management roles with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts. He led the front of house staff in Chicago, served as Executive Housekeeper in Washington, and opened the landmark five-star Four Seasons Hotel New York. While with Regent International Hotels, Scott specialized in food and beverage service, orchestrating New York’s most high-profile events in a landmark 12,000 square-foot ballroom.
Distinguished Residences
In 2002, Scott transported his talent for managing hotel operations and the people who make them a success – to private homes. After serving as House Manager for a Beverly Hills estate, he became the Managing Director of a national domestic staffing and training firm. For two years he consulted for clients across the country, customizing household management solutions. This involved the careful selection and meticulous training of Estate Managers, Butlers, Personal Assistants, Nannies, Housekeepers, Laundresses, Chefs, Chauffeurs, and other private staff.

Scott is based in Beverly Hills but travels extensively to be available to his clients, understand their needs, and train the service professionals who enable them to enjoy a higher standard of living and lead more productive lives.
